12. Why did the Pharisees ask Jesus about the great commandment? What was his answer and how was it received?

13. In Matt. 23, Jesus repeatedly calls the scribes and Pharisees “hypocrites.” What is a “hypocrite”? Identify and describe three behaviors or practices of these men which Jesus considered hypocritical.
